Photo tips
One good photo saves three emails.
Most fitting questions come down to what's already there. Here's what to photograph for the quickest useful answer.
Stairs
Stand at the top and take one photo looking down, then one of the wall or banister where a gate would fix. Tell us the width of the opening.
Cabinets and drawers
One photo with the doors closed and one open, so we can see the handles, the hinges and the inside edge.
Windows
A photo of the whole window, and tell us how it opens: up, out or sideways.
The back seat
From the open door, with the car seat in place, so we can see the headrest and the seat belt.
